T-DRONES After-sales Service Terms

Dear customers,

Thanks for choosing T-DRONES. To protect your rights, please read this document carefully before using T-DRONES!

I. Warranty Period：（After the customer receives the goods）

II. The Range of After-sales Service

Products legally purchased from T-DRONES or other authorized partners, the warranty period of the product starts from the date you receive it. T-DRONES products resold through informal channels are not covered by this service.

III. Warranty Policy   

1. Free Maintenance (All conditions below must be met, the freight and customs duties will be borne by T-DRONES.)

A.      The products are within the warranty period. And they are judged by the manufacturer to be with production quality problem;

B.     Valid purchase voucher, receipt and order number are required;

C.     Product serial number, factory label and other marks are not torn or altered.  

Note: The products must be properly packed. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

2. Paid Maintenance (The round-trip freight and customs duties are borne by the customer)

A. The products are judged by the manufacturer to have no production quality problems;

B. Valid purchase voucher, receipt and order number are required;

C. Product serial number, factory label and other marks are not torn or altered.
